New Custom Homes:

$.50 per square foot.

Additions: 

$.50 per square foot for the addition. Plus $.30 per square foot for existing home. 

 

Alterations:

On my site I have pre-drawn plans. If you would like to alter or customize the plan, I charge the listed fee for the plan plus $35 per hour for changes.

**Keep in mind that other places Pre-drawn plans are at least $.50 per square foot, and custom house plans are at least $1.50. I am designing and drafting for such a great price simply because I am starting up my business and am looking to get my name out there.

ResCheck: $50 plus $.05 per square foot.
